Usman Khawaja has been initially cleared of concussion and fractured jaw after he copped a blow to the head from Shamar Joseph. He was sent for a scan to check there was no structural damage to his jaw, and it was later confirmed that his scans came back clear. He needs to clear one more concussion test on Saturday, failing will make his availability for the second test will be in doubt.
