I really wish they go for him! He is definitely going for a million dollar+ bid by the look of things. CSK haven’t gone towards a bid like that in auctions except for K Gowtham. Hope they turn the table around this time.

CSK, as a franchise, does things really differently to the others. Gowtham, albeit was not used as a player in IPL, was used as a bowler for the batters to practice against to combat the likes of Ravi Ashwin or Washington Sundar (if he had played). Likewise, Tahir, Santner, Sai Kishore et all would’ve been used to formulate effective tactics for each batters to play against players like Chahal or Axar Patel or Harpreet Brar. Its not all about the playing 11 or 12 or 13. Its the full squad that strengthen the franchise.
I’m sure they’ll go for the right kinda people.
