Sai Sudharson, a 21-year-old cricketer from Tamil Nadu who plays for Gujarat Titans in IPL has scored his first List-A century against Chattisgarh yesterday. His century helped Tamil Nadu to put on a total of 340 and won the game by 14 runs. In the three games that Sudharsan played in this tournament, the left-hander served up scores of 121 off 109, 73 off 75 and 49 off 38.
“I am very happy because I have been looking forward to scoring a century for a long time,” Sudharsan says of his knock. “To do it with my mother and brother in attendance just makes it more special.”
