A Contract employee named Kirk Greaves who was offered Operations manager in March 2021 has filed a fresh lawsuit against USA cricket demanding 2 million USD for racial discrimination.
When he joined as a contract employee he was offered 5000 USD per month when he was terminated in the first week of April 2022 his salary was increased by just 1500 USD. He has alleged a toxic work environment, unfair employment practices, wage disparity and discrimination in his law suit.
USA cricket has declined all his allegations and they are up for legal fight.
