Ahsan Ali, a top-order batter from Pakistan who is playing for Quetta Gladiators in PSL has been ruled out of the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL-2023) due to a knee injury. Hence, the Quetta Gladiators have announced the replacement for Ahsan Ali. Mohammad Hafeez former Pakistani all-rounder has been announced as the replacement. Hafeez played an instrumental role in Lahore Qalandars’ PSL title last year. He hit 69 off 46 balls in the final, then took 2 for 23 in his four overs with the ball as Qalandars beat Multan Sultans at Gaddafi Stadium.
