Pakistan have bumped up Fakahar Zaman from their list of ICC T20 World Cup 2022 reserves, the board announced on Friday (October 14). The southpaw will replace Usman Qadir in the 15-player squad, who has failed to recover sufficiently from an injury.
Qadir sustained a hairline fracture on his right thumb in the T20I series against England in Karachi on September 25. The legspinner has now been deemed unavailable for selection before October 22.
