On this day in 2002, Pakistan registered the fifth-largest victory in test cricket against New Zealand. They won the game by an inning and 324 runs in Lahore. Inzimam ul Haq scored a triple century in the match and became the second Pakistani player to score a triple century in test cricket after Hanif Mohammad and Shoaib Akthar registered his career-best 6-11 to win the game.
