The squad for New Zealand’s tour of Pakistan which begins on December 26 has been announced. The uncapped Blair Tickner, Glenn Phillips who have played one test and Ish Sodhi who has played his last test 4 years back has been included in the squad. This is going to be Tim Southee’s first assignment as a full-time captain for Test side.
Trent Boult who ended his central contract recently made himself unavailable for the selection and Kyle Jamieson is out of action as he is still recovering from the back injury.
