It was surprising to see Kuldeep Yadav out of the playing XI after his performance with the ball & bat in the first test! Playing XI selection is a Circus!
I was wondering the same. Why would someone make a player like Kuldeep Yadav after giving a performance with both bat and ball? But Unadkat has been a special player for Saurashtra in the domestic season with both bat and ball. If he can provide the balance Kuldeep brought in the last match, especially the partnership with Ashwin for the 8th wicket and pick up some wickets it will be a good choice.
