Australia wicketkeeper Alyssa Healy has been ruled out of the three-match T20I series against Pakistan at home as she continues to recover from a calf injury sustained during the recent tour of India.
According to a Cricket Australia statement, Healy is expected to be available for the upcoming T20 World Cup in South Africa in February. She will also remain with the squad during the series as she continues her rehabilitation.
Meg Lanning who has been recalled into the squad after a break will lead the team in both the Pakistan series and T20 World Cup 2023 which is held in South Africa.
